Paul was a professional musician for many years and has also spent a great deal of time living and working in Europe as a Head represenatative for a holiday company, a manager of various catering establishments and teaching English as a foreign language.

With the increased growth of the Inspira Academy Paul became responsible for the administration and financial aspects of the business.
